🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?):
Young people and youth leaders aged 18–30 who are open-minded, motivated, and interested in personal growth, well-being, yoga, and intercultural experiences.
🧪 Responsibilities / tasks:
• Join daily yoga and mindfulness sessions
• Participate in interactive workshops on mental & physical health
• Take part in cultural nights and reflection circles
• Engage in group activities on communication, trust & teamwork
• Learn to bring well-being practices into your community
