🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Young people aged 18–30 from eligible ESC program countries, especially those excited about creativity, education, or performance art. No prior circus experience is required — motivation and curiosity are key!

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks

• Assist in organizing and facilitating circus summer camps for children
• Take part in full-time classes with youth during the school year
• Help with creative workshops and youth-led performances
• Support media content creation and social media visibility
• Participate in occasional office work and NGO tasks
