📖 Project Description

The Fundación Adcor in A Coruña provides essential services for people with mental and multiple disabilities. Through its residential facilities, day centers, occupational programs, and leisure activities, the foundation supports both individuals and their families.

As a volunteer, you will engage in activities such as:

• 🎨 Art therapy, painting, crafts, sewing
• 🎵 Music therapy, theater, personal development workshops
• 🏊 Swimming, gym, outdoor excursions
• 👩‍🍳 Cooking and creative workshops
• 📚 Supporting library and leisure activities

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities while living in a vibrant coastal city.

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowance

• 🏡 Shared apartment with other volunteers (fully furnished, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony)
• 🌊 Located in a neighborhood near the beach, park, and all essential services
• 🚍 15 minutes by bus to A Coruña city center
• 🍴 Food and transport covered by the project

• 🧭 On-arrival and mid-term training by the Spanish National Agency
• 🌱 Guidance and mentoring from Fundación Paideia & Adcor staff

👤 Participant Profile

We are looking for volunteers who are:

• 💙 Empathetic, motivated, and open to working with people with disabilities
• 🎨 Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative
• 🗣️ Preferably with a good level of Spanish
• 🌍 Eager to learn, support, and grow in an inclusive environment
