🌐 ABOUT THE TRAINING
SKAB’ing M³ – Macro Meso Micro is a strategic training course for youth organisations, civil society leaders, project managers, coordinators, trainers, and volunteers who are eager to transform their organisations into learning organisations. This training dives into the European Training Strategy (ETS) and how the Competence Models for Youth Workers and Organisations can be leveraged to drive systemic change, professional growth, and sustainable development at all organisational levels.

It is the second phase of a comprehensive journey—open to new participants—building on the results of the first residential event in Weimar, Germany (January 2025) and a collaborative practice phase.

💡 Macro Level – Your organisation’s role in the wider youth field & policy landscape
🏢 Meso Level – Internal dynamics, strategies, and culture of your organisation
👥 Micro Level – Competence development of individuals (staff & volunteers)

🎯 Objectives Include:

  • Applying the ETS Competence Model to organisational development
  • Co-creating competence-based development plans
  • Practicing systemic change and learning organisation strategies
  • Enhancing self-directed learning and organisational reflection
  • Facilitating staff development and change management
