๐ ABOUT THE TRAINING
SKABโing Mยณ โ Macro Meso Micro is a strategic training course for youth organisations, civil society leaders, project managers, coordinators, trainers, and volunteers who are eager to transform their organisations into learning organisations. This training dives into the European Training Strategy (ETS) and how the Competence Models for Youth Workers and Organisations can be leveraged to drive systemic change, professional growth, and sustainable development at all organisational levels.
It is the second phase of a comprehensive journeyโopen to new participantsโbuilding on the results of the first residential event in Weimar, Germany (January 2025) and a collaborative practice phase.
