🎭 Organising creative workshops for young people and school groups
🖌️ Supporting cultural events, exhibitions, and artistic activities
📚 Assisting educational visits and thematic workshops
🤝 Collaborating with local educators and cultural professionals

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Travel
🏡 Free accommodation in double or triple rooms with private bathroom at the art gallery
🍽️ Monthly food allowance and pocket money
✈️ Travel costs reimbursed according to ESC rules
🍳 Access to a shared kitchen for self-cooking
🚶 No local transport needed as living and working spaces are in the same building

📚 Training & Support
🧭 Orientation week covering organisational culture and working methods
🛠️ Job-related workshops and personal development sessions
🌱 Continuous mentoring and learning support during the activity
