π ABOUT THE TRAINING
This pioneering Erasmus+ training course invites educators and youth workers from across Europe to explore radical educational methods that tackle structural inequalities, reimagine pedagogy, and empower young people to act for transformative social change. Rooted in critical pedagogy and radical imagination, the training steps beyond conventional practices to challenge dominant norms and explore paths toward equity, justice, and democratic renewal.
π§© This is not just about βcritical thinkingβ as a skillβthis is about radical thinking:

π― OBJECTIVES
βοΈ Create a space for educators to engage with bold, radical thinking
βοΈ Explore and co-create educational practices addressing systemic crises
βοΈ Build local follow-up initiatives rooted in critical consciousness and action
βοΈ Establish a European network of radical education practitioners
π₯ WHO SHOULD APPLY?
This course is for educators, youth workers, and facilitators (age 18+) from Erasmus+ programme countries who are:
βοΈ Working with youth on structural issues: anti-racism, climate justice, anti-patriarchy, LGBTQIA+ rights, anti-capitalism, intersectionality, ecofeminism, etc.
βοΈ New to international youth work and eager to incorporate radical education practices
βοΈ Committed to follow-up and applying radical methods in their communities
πΏ Priority will be given to those who are not yet established in international routines but wish to grow their radical practice locally.
π§ͺ METHODOLOGY
Participants will engage with experimental methods such as:

π§© Board Games for Reflecting on Self & Identity
π¨ Utopia Visualization Tools
π€ Collaborative Peer-Learning for Educational Design
π Interactive digital reflection apps
All methods reflect a healthy distance from mainstream non-formal education and encourage fresh, disruptive pedagogical perspectives.
