Youth Works Hub has 12 fully funded Erasmus+ youth exchanges open now, in November 2026, across 9 host countries: Germany, Italy, Tรผrkiye, Slovenia, Norway, North Macedonia, Cyprus, Poland and Czechia. All 12 calls ask you to apply as soon as possible, and most are for young people aged 18 to 30.
According to Youth Works Hub's review of the 12 calls, critical thinking, fact-checking and misinformation run through 4 of them, next to inclusion, democracy, entrepreneurship, food and well-being. Who can apply for these Erasmus+ youth exchanges?
Each of the 12 Erasmus+ youth exchanges is open to young people from specific countries only, and most of them set an age range of 18 to 30. The Slovenia and Czechia projects accept residents of Greece, the Norway project accepts residents of Lithuania, the Cyprus project accepts residents of Poland and the Poland project accepts residents of Italy. The other 7 calls accept applicants from several countries, including Germany, Italy, Serbia, Tรผrkiye, Poland and North Macedonia. Age ranges also differ: 17-30 in Cyprus, 18-29 in North Macedonia and 18-25 in Pesaro and Osterholz-Scharmbeck, while the Tรผrkiye exchange is for young people with fewer opportunities. All 12 Erasmus+ youth exchanges in this batch share the same deadline: as soon as possible. None of the calls gives a fixed closing date, so the order of the list does not show which call closes first. The practical step is to check the eligible countries and the age range of each exchange, then apply right away to every project that fits your profile. Do these Erasmus+ youth exchanges give a Youthpass certificate?
4 of the 12 Erasmus+ youth exchanges mention Youthpass in their call: the projects in Norway, North Macedonia, Cyprus and Czechia. In Norway, the E.C.H.O programme includes a Youthpass session on the final day, and in North Macedonia every participant of Balkan Flavors United receives a Youthpass. Participants of Volunteer Wave in Paphos receive a Youthpass, and the Media Minds exchange in the Orlickรฉ Mountains states that participants receive a Youthpass certificate.
