🌍 ABOUT THE PROJECT
Do you want to be part of an exciting international youth festival in Greece? 🇬🇷 K Youth Fest 2025 is looking for a dynamic volunteering team to help organize two major festivals in:
🎭 Kozani (07-10 May 2025)
🎭 Kateríni (16-17 May 2025)
💡 What will you do? Volunteers will be divided into 5 teams based on their skills and interests:
🟢 I-Team (Information Team): Welcome guests, provide info & manage help desks.
🟠 A-Team (Activities Team): Support facilitators, prepare materials & assist in sessions.
🔵 T-Team (Technical Support): Manage sound, lighting & troubleshoot tech needs.
🔴 C-Team (Communication Team): Handle social media, photography & live updates.
🟡 L-Team (Logistics Team): Set up venues, organize materials & ensure smooth event flow.

🏠 ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRANSPORT
🏨 Accommodation:
✅ First 20 days (25/04 – 15/05): Stay at Hotel Elimeia 3 in Eani (25 min from Kozani).
✅ Last 5 days (15/05 – 20/05): Transfer & stay in Katerini.
🚍 Transport:
✅ Local buses provided when needed (approx. 5-6 times).
✅ All travel costs covered as per ESC program rules.
🍽️ Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by organizers.
🎓 TRAINING & SUPPORT
📌 Workshops & training on youth work, community engagement & event management.
📌 Hands-on experience in organizing a major cultural event.
📌 Personal & professional development through real-life event execution.
👤 PARTICIPANT PROFILE
We are looking for 18 motivated volunteers who are:
✅ 18-30 years old (gender balance is important).
✅ From EU countries, non-EU program countries & partner countries neighboring the EU.
✅ Greek participants are also welcome!
✅ English level: Minimum B1 for effective communication.
✅ Passionate about youth empowerment, cultural exchange & event organization.
✅ Open-minded, adaptable & ready for an exciting new experience!
