Are you working with youth in rural communities in Finland, Norway, Sweden, or Ireland? Do you want to empower and engage young people in remote areas? This Study Visit takes you to the northernmost regions of Finland and Norway to explore innovative youth participation strategies at the governmental, municipal, regional, and NGO levels.

🏨 Accommodation:
✅ Single rooms (some shared spaces: kitchen, living room, bathroom).
✅ If early arrival is needed, accommodation & meals will be covered.

✈️ Travel:
✅ Flights to Ivalo Airport (Finland) required.
✅ Long travel times expected due to remote locations.

✅ Youth workers, youth policy makers & youth coaches
✅ Based in Finland, Norway, Sweden, or Ireland
✅ Interested in youth participation & engagement in rural areas
✅ Motivated to start international youth projects in their communities
✅ Able to bring a colleague, manager, or team member if representing an organization
