🌍 About the Project

🌱 Solidarity Together in Sofia is hosted by Art Center Karnolsky and focuses on ecology, creativity and meaningful community engagement. Volunteers support environmental initiatives, youth activities and creative workshops promoting sustainability, solidarity and intercultural learning. Through community events, school workshops and eco-actions, volunteers help build greener, more connected neighbourhoods.

🧩 Volunteer Tasks

🌳 Join clean-up campaigns and nature-protection activities
🌱 Support tree-planting and eco-initiatives
♻️ Assist in recycling and upcycling workshops
🎨 Help run creative, artistic and ecological activities for children and young people
📚 Deliver awareness sessions in youth centres and schools
🤝 Participate in solidarity actions, teamwork and community support
🌍 Promote environmental education and sustainable habits

🏡 Accommodation & Daily Life

🏠 Safe and comfortable accommodation provided by the host organisation
🍽️ Monthly food allowance included
🚍 Local transport reimbursed or arranged by the organisation
✈️ Travel to Bulgaria covered under ESC distance & green-travel rules
🔑 Fully supported living conditions throughout the whole activity period

🎓 Learning & Training

📘 Full ESC training cycle: pre-departure, on-arrival and mid-term
