No flight, no visa, no accommodation to sort out: this week Youth Works Hub is highlighting six Erasmus+ opportunities you can join entirely from home. All six are online trainings, webinars or courses for youth workers and young people, and all six close between 07 and 09 September, so there is a short window to register. The topics span digital sales and e-commerce, the neuroscience of play, emotional awareness through Nonviolent Communication, inclusion through sport, and how organisations in the Southern Mediterranean can join the European Solidarity Corps for the first time.

This is a genuinely varied lineup, so pick based on what your work actually needs rather than trying to join all six. If you run youth projects that touch on entrepreneurship or online content, the GREENCRAFT digital sales training is a practical two-hour crash course in marketplaces, social media and customer relations. If your interest is more personal or facilitation-focused, both NVC-based webinars, one on play and connection, one on naming and working with emotions, offer accessible theory plus tools you can use immediately in your own sessions. The SALTO social sport series brings five stand-alone workshops with international guest speakers on using sport for inclusion, while the ESC South-Med training is aimed specifically at organisations exploring whether to become an ESC host, coordinating or sending organisation. Rounding out the batch is DEMPOD, a five-day virtual podcast festival for anyone who wants to use audio as a tool for civic engagement.

Because these all sit under mobility of youth workers, they are free to join and, where a limited number of spots exist, allocated on a first-come basis, so do not wait until the closing date to register. Read through the six below, sorted by deadline, and register for whichever fits where your work is headed next.

All six are free to join with no participation fee. As online activities, there is no travel, accommodation or meal cost to cover in the first place, which is exactly why these are a low-effort way to add funded professional development to your week. Several have capped participant numbers (40 to 1,000 depending on the session), so registering early matters more than the deadline date suggests.

None of these six require you to leave your desk, but they still count as real Erasmus+ mobility for youth workers, the same category that funds international training courses and study visits, just delivered over a screen instead of a flight. If you only have time for one this week, match it to a gap in your practice: digital sales if you support youth entrepreneurship, the two NVC webinars if you want tools for calmer, more connected group work, social sport if inclusion through movement is part of your role, ESC South-Med if your organisation is weighing whether to host or send volunteers, and DEMPOD if storytelling and civic engagement are where your energy is.

Registration is what actually gates access here, not the deadline date on the calendar, since several of these sessions have hard participant caps as low as 40 people. At Youth Works Hub, we round up opportunities like these so you do not have to track five different newsletters to find them, and if you want the fuller picture of what counts as Erasmus+ mobilitybeyond the online format, that guide explains how it all fits together. Pick the one or two sessions that genuinely match where your work is headed, register today, and put the date in your calendar rather than your inbox.

Not into an online-only week? This week Youth Works Hub also has fully funded ESC volunteering placements across 13 countries โ†’ ESC Volunteering
