A training course for South-Med organisations interested in joining the European Solidarity Corps programme. It will gather organisations interested to know more about ESC. This training course consists of 2 full days (17-18 september)

Local communities, host organisations, and even entire neighbourhoods are shaped by the projects that take place within them. โน๏ธ Description About The Opportunity
The TC will tackle:
- Key actors of the European Solidarity Corps
- Main features of the European Solidarity Corps & Quality elements in European Solidarity Corps
- Preconditions to be part of the European Solidarity Corps
- Good practices and challenges from organisations
Before taking part in the TC, we ask all participants to watch a video of an info session about the programme. If after the TC you're interested in applying for the Quality Label, another online session will be dedicated to the writing process of the Quality Label on 15th October at 10:00 CEST.
Objectives of the TC
- To provide inspiration about the European Solidarity Corpsโ possibilities in the frame of youth work
- To provide information about the European Solidarity Corps frame and actors
- To enlarge the knowledge and capacity of participants about the main features of the European Solidarity Corps
- To support organisations to apply for Quality Label
Target group :
- Representatives of organisations (Youth workers, management team, project coordinator, mentor, ...) willing to expand their knowledge on the European Solidarity Corps and get information about Quality Label
- New members of organisations (employee or volunteers) already active in the programme
If possible, SALTO EuroMed will select 2 representatives per organisation
The Training Course is for you if:
- You are a member of a South-med organisation,
- Your organisation is interested in Solidarity activities and volunteering,
The Training Course is not for you if:
- You are a young person wishing to apply for an opportunity as a volunteer
