ℹ️ Description About The Opportunity

About the Training

Are you interested in digital marketing, online sales and e-commerce? Would you like to strengthen your digital skills and learn practical strategies that you can use in your own work or transfer to other young people?

⏱️ Duration: 2 hours – 2 sessions

Format: Online

The training is designed for young people and youth workers who are interested in strengthening their knowledge and practical competences in digital marketing, e-commerce and online sales.

The programme will consist of two complementary sessions, combining knowledge sharing with practical and interactive learning. Participants are expected to attend both sessions and actively engage throughout the programme.

What Will You Learn?

The training will focus on key areas of today's digital marketplace, including:

- Digital marketing strategies

- Social media management for online businesses

- Customer relations in digital environments

- Online sales techniques

- Effective use of digital marketplaces

- Practical approaches to e-commerce processes

In addition to developing participants' own digital competences, the training aims to strengthen their capacity to transfer the knowledge gained to their peers and support other young people in navigating e-commerce and digital sales processes.

Youth workers and youth leaders

Young people interested in digital entrepreneurship and e-commerce

NGO staff and volunteers working with young people

Young entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs

Youthpass Certificate

Participants who fully attend both sessions of the Online Marketplace and Digital Sales Strategies Training Programme will be eligible to receive a Youthpass Certificate.

As the two sessions are complementary parts of a single learning programme, full participation in both sessions is required for Youthpass certification.

Participation & Technical Requirements

Participation is free of charge. Registered participants will receive confirmation and practical information, including the online meeting link, by e-mail before the activity.

Participants are expected to attend both sessions in full and actively engage in the learning process. There will be attendance check during the sessions to see the participation.

For a more interactive training experience, participants are preferably expected to join from a device equipped with a working microphone and camera. Keeping the camera on throughout the entire training is not mandatory.

However, please note that screenshots will be taken at certain moments during the activity for Erasmus+ project documentation, visibility and EU reporting purposes. Participants will therefore be asked to turn on their cameras during these specific moments.

By applying, participants are expected to be available for the full two-hour programme and willing to participate actively in both sessions.
