Seventeen fully funded European Solidarity Corps placements are open right now across 12 countries, and they reach from West Africa to Latin America. You could be boosting women's digital and financial inclusion in northern Ghana, supporting a Ugandan school for children with disabilities, tracking international cooperation projects in Colombia, sharing life at a L'Arche community with people with intellectual disabilities in Lithuania, creating media and arts with earthquake affected families in Gaziantep, or helping at risk young people in Georgia. From an agricultural school in the south of France to a youth centre on a Baltic island, this is one of the widest sets of placements we have gathered in a single post.

Every one of these seventeen placements is a European Solidarity Corps opportunity, which means the funding is real: travel within the usual distance bands, accommodation, food, local transport, insurance, pocket money, a mentor and language support are all covered, for volunteers aged 18 to 30. Two placements are limited to residents of a specific country, and those are flagged below. Six are open on a rolling basis and will close as soon as enough good applications arrive, while the rest run from late July into late August.
