Designed especially for primary caregivers of preschool aged children whose engagement in mobility has been reduced or interrupted by parenting, you will analyse professional realities using socio ecological and iceberg models, generate evidence on how caring responsibilities affect participation, and co create three practical outputs: a research report, an Inclusive Mobility Checklist, and a set of calls to attention for National Agencies. A training course for youth workers, project coordinators and practitioners who want to develop inclusive digital youth work projects, part of the SNAC Digital Youth Work framework. You start with an online onboarding meeting on 15 October, then meet in Iceland from 2 to 6 November. Together you will connect digital youth work practices with relevant European policy frameworks, explore inclusive approaches, move hands on from young people's needs to concrete project ideas, and build understanding of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps funding. This training immerses you fully in the experiential learning cycle: doing and feeling, reflecting, transferring, so you broaden your perception of non formal education and its potential across Europe's many realities. You will explore how formal and non formal sectors complement each other, affirm the political dimension of non formal education as a route to active participation, and rethink your daily practice to close the gap between the values you promote and what you actually do. Over eight immersive days, youth workers, educators and facilitators explore how that mindset becomes a real resource for personal growth, meaningful relationships and professional practice. Rural areas are the heart of Europe, yet they face depopulation and brain drain, and this course bets the solution lies with youth workers and changemakers like you. In a coastal Italian city you will gain the tools, strategies and network to champion social entrepreneurship, green jobs and sustainable growth back home. You will design social innovation initiatives tailored to rural communities, learn to align local projects with the European Youth Work Agenda, identify and support green jobs, and take study visits to real local projects that show how to fight depopulation on the ground. Don't think of yourself as creative? That is exactly who this course is for. In a relaxed, supportive and judgment free space, youth workers who feel low on creative confidence get to reflect, experiment and rediscover playfulness. Through storytelling, drama and theatre techniques, creative writing, visual and expressive arts, reflection and self directed project work, you will build practical tools you can adapt for your own work with young people, and start a daily creativity habit. Come with an open heart and mind: experimentation, curiosity and mistakes without blame are the whole point. Open to youth workers across the programme. Inclusion is a core Erasmus+ value, yet autistic young people are still underrepresented in international youth exchanges, often because youth workers lack the knowledge and confidence to adapt. This four day training changes that. You will deepen your understanding of autism and neurodiversity, and gain practical tools to create accessible learning environments, respond to sensory needs, adapt communication and facilitate inclusive group processes. The training itself is a model of inclusive practice: predictable structure, balanced pace, quiet spaces and flexible participation, so you learn it by living it.
