Como voluntario/a del Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad, apoyarás proyectos de cooperación internacional y ayuda humanitaria colaborando en la elaboración de presupuestos, el seguimiento de la ejecución financiera de los proyectos, la organización de documentación financiera (facturas, recibos y contratos), la preparación de informes financieros, el apoyo a auditorías y la participación en actividades de campo para recopilar información y realizar el seguimiento de la implementación de los proyectos. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para adquirir experiencia práctica en la gestión de proyectos mientras contribuyes a iniciativas con un impacto social positivo.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Tendrás la oportunidad de vivir en una casa familiar con habitación privada, acceso a espacios y servicios compartidos, conexión Wi-Fi y una tarjeta SIM con servicio móvil. La vivienda está ubicada cerca de la oficina y cuenta con fácil acceso al transporte público. Training during the activity
- El pre-departure training será organizado por la organización de envío en Italia antes de la salida del voluntario. Al finalizar la experiencia, la organización de envío también ofrecerá una sesión de evaluación y seguimiento (follow-up). - En Colombia: aprenderás sobre la importancia de la gestión administrativa y financiera en los proyectos de cooperación internacional y ayuda humanitaria. Además, recibirás formaciones específicas sobre liderazgo feminista, seguimiento y gestión de proyectos, justificación económica, así como otras temáticas relacionadas con la cooperación internacional.
Participant profile
Buscamos una persona motivada y con entusiasmo, con interés en aprender sobre la gestión administrativa y financiera de proyectos de cooperación internacional y ayuda humanitaria. Se valorarán estudios, conocimientos o experiencia previa en áreas como administración, contabilidad, gestión económica o seguimiento financiero, aunque no son requisitos indispensables. Es importante contar con capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y disposición para trabajar en equipo en un entorno intercultural.
