🌿 Embrace the beauty of Transylvania, Romania, with Volunteaming! Outward Bound Romania invites young people from EU countries aged 18-30 to join this 16-day group volunteering program in Sovata, Romania.
🌍 Activity Description: This project offers a unique blend of experiences, including service learning where you’ll work in teams on community and environmental projects such as renovating a yurt, wood painting, and fence building. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Transylvania, build solidarity with fellow participants, develop key competencies through outdoor challenges like expeditions, canoeing, and climbing, and, of course, have fun!
🏡 Accommodation, Food, and Transport: You’ll stay at the Outward Bound Youth Center in Sovata, with 3-5 bedded rooms and shared bathrooms. Meals will be provided three times a day. Travel costs should be covered by participants, and Outward Bound Romania will reimburse them according to approved amounts and travel documents.
👥 Participant Profile: They are looking for participants aged 18-30 from EU countries who are passionate about working together with other young people from Europe, enjoy nature and outdoor activities, have a good understanding of English, and are eager to discover the natural beauty of Transylvania and Romania.
