ESIC Business & Marketing School was founded in 1965 with campuses across Spain (Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville) and Brazil. It ranks in the top 5 business schools in Spain and is number 1 in marketing. This internship is based in the undergraduate academic coordination department at the Valencia campus.
๐ Your Responsibilities
๐ General office work in Spanish and English โ phone, email, and daily communication
๐ Prepare and review documents related to students and faculty
๐ Provide basic advice and support to students and professors
๐๏ธ Update folders, spreadsheets, and the website
๐ Review academic procedures
๐พ Manage coordination databases for audits, reporting, and more
๐ง Contribute to other daily departmental needs

โ Required Skills
๐ฃ๏ธ Spanish as the main working language โ minimum B2. English B2 also required for fluent communication
๐ Confidentiality โ data protection is part of the role

โ ๏ธ Language requirements are compulsory and non-negotiable.
