✨ About the Training Course
This hands-on training is designed for youth workers, leaders, mentors, and coaches working in rural, remote, or socially excluded areas. The course equips participants with practical tools, coaching techniques, and methods to effectively support young people’s development in challenging environments.

🌟 Program Overview

1. Day 1: Arrival
   • Welcome and orientation.
2. Day 2: Competence Development
   • Reflect on current practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
   • Explore the key competencies of a youth worker.
3. Day 3: Coaching Techniques
   • Learn techniques to have impactful conversations that help young people discover their potential.
4. Day 4: Sports as a Tool
   • Use sports activities to foster cooperation, confidence, and motivation in youth.
5. Day 5: Supporting Mini-Projects
   • Gain skills to guide young people from idea generation to achieving their first success.
6. Day 6: Departure
