Your MEAL Specialist Roles
๐ Monitoring & Evaluation: Supporting the implementation of ongoing projects and ensuring accountability across all program cycles.
โ๏ธ Project Formulation: Assisting in the design of new healthcare initiatives and drafting narrative reports for key stakeholders.
๐ Data Analysis: Contributing to the analysis of health data to identify trends and needs within vulnerable populations.
๐ค Coordination Support: Reporting directly to the country coordination team and collaborating with health and program leads.
Humanitarian Training & Growth
๐ Deployment Prep: Before leaving for Senegal, you will receive specialized humanitarian training in Madrid, Spain.
๐ง Expert Knowledge: Gain deep insights into humanitarian security, gender equality, and human rights-based approaches.
๐ Cultural Immersion: Enrich your professional skills by working alongside the local MdM team in a diverse Sahelian context.

Accommodation & Financial Coverage
๐ Housing: You will be accommodated in the organization’s guest house in Dakar, with security and driver support for emergencies.
๐ถ Monthly Per Diem: Receive 568 EUR per month to cover food and personal expenses.
โ๏ธ Travel & Logistics: MdM covers return plane tickets, vaccinations, visa costs, and all expenses during the training in Madrid.
