Professional Tasks & Responsibilities

✍️ Grant Writing & Development: Researching funding opportunities and assisting in drafting and editing international project proposals.

🏫 Local Initiatives: Implementing workshops, community events, and youth-oriented activities in Barcelona.

📸 Digital Communication: Managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and assisting with web design.

📊 Project Structuring: Helping to transform creative ideas into structured project plans for the foundation’s growth.

Accommodation & Financial Coverage

🏠 Living: You will have your own private room in a shared apartment in Barcelona with other women who are not part of the organization.

💰 Financial Support: A total of 360 EUR per month (covering both food allowance and pocket money).

🚌 Transportation: A monthly public transport card for Barcelona is provided. Travel to/from Spain is reimbursed based on ESC distance bands.

Training & Languages

🛡️ On-boarding: Specialized preparation by FCV and your sending organization before the activity begins.
