Join us in Oberlandstrasse and turn your passion for social change into reality! ๐๐๐
๐ฏ Project Mission and Educational Goals
Lernlabor is dedicated to creating innovative learning spaces for young people across Europe. ๐๏ธ๐ช๐บ The “Youth Ambassador” project aims to integrate volunteers as core members of the team, where they will gain a 360-degree view of how an educational NGO operates. The mission is twofold: first, to enhance the visibility of youth opportunities through modern digital storytelling, and second, to ensure the high-quality implementation of non-formal learning activities. By participating in this project, you will help bridge the gap between European policies and local youth, promoting active citizenship, democratic participation, and intercultural dialogue. ๐ก๐๐
โ๏ธ Detailed Volunteer Roles and Daily Tasks
The project offers two specialized roles, allowing volunteers to focus on their specific areas of interest and talent. ๐จ๐ฑ๐ป

Furthermore, Lernlabor offers internal mentorship and additional opportunities to participate in international training courses. You will develop hard skills in project management and digital media, as well as soft skills in intercultural communication and public speaking. ๐ฉ๐ช๐โจ
