The “Trinoga” Association is opening its doors at the Vegetarium community home in the Balkan Mountains. This individual volunteering project is a unique call for those ready to embrace a wilder, more sustainable lifestyle while focusing on biodiversity, social unity, and personal growth.
๐ Did You Know? The Balkan Mountains (Stara Planina) are not only the namesake of the peninsula but also host some of the last remaining primary beech forests in Europe, protected by UNESCO.
What Will You Do?
๐ฑ Regenerative Agriculture: Practice sustainable food production and learn techniques to create living environments that thrive despite climate change.
๐ ๏ธ Green Skills Development: Master tools for sustainable farming, home renovation using clay and straw, and eco-friendly household management.
๐ง Personal Growth: Engage in healthy daily regimes, morning practices, and regular community sharing circles.
๐ก Community Building: Host youth groups and support local eco-projects in the Zhelen area.
๐ฟ Ethnobotany: Learn to plant and maintain nutritional, medicinal, and ecological endemic plants.
