CGE Erfurt e.V. is looking for a motivated individual to join their international team in Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to support international project managers, coordinate community events, and bridge the gap between European initiatives and the local community in Erfurt.

Responsibilities
π Management Support: Assist in the planning and implementation of international projects, particularly those involving Central Asia.
π Documentation: Help with project research, documentation, reimbursements, and dissemination tasks.
π Event Coordination: Prepare and organize local activities and community events in Erfurt.
π€ Networking: Actively create links with various community groups and represent the organization in intercultural contexts.
π Did You Know? The European Solidarity Corps supports young professionals by providing non-formal training and mentorship, often led by former volunteers.
Participant Profile
π₯οΈ Motivation: Interest in developing skills in project management and NGO coordination.
π Organisational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
π£ Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English; knowledge of Russian, Kyrgyz, or Uzbek is an asset.
