🇵🇱 ESC Volunteering in Poland 🎭 MyPo!nt Festival Support Volunteer 🎪 LARP, Arts & Civic Expression, Rabka-Zdrój 🇵🇱

MyPo!nt is a bilingual festival in Poland built around live-action role-playing games and artistic expression — designed to amplify the voices of those often overlooked in today’s democracy. This European Solidarity Corps team volunteering opportunity invites creative, motivated young people to help bring the festival to life: from building spaces and crafting costumes to playing NPCs and supporting participants on the ground.

🌍 Did You Know? Rabka-Zdrój is a charming spa town nestled in the Gorce mountains of southern Poland, long known as a health resort for children thanks to its unique microclimate and mineral springs. It sits just 60 kilometres south of Kraków — one of Europe’s most beautiful and historically rich cities.

What Will You Do?

🎭 Support the preparation, organisation, and implementation of the MyPo!nt Festival — a bilingual civic expression event in Poland and Kraków
🪄 Help set up and prepare festival spaces for LARP activities and artistic expression sessions
👗 Assist with costume-making for LARP participants and performers
🎮 Take on the role of NPCs (Non-Player Characters) in live-action role-playing games during the festival
🤝 Provide on-the-ground organisational support throughout the event
🎨 Contribute to artistic and creative activities that serve as tools for civic expression and community engagement
🌍 Did You Know? LARP — Live Action Role-Playing — has been increasingly recognised as a powerful tool for social change and civic engagement. Beyond entertainment, it creates safe spaces for participants to explore identity, empathy, and difficult societal themes through immersive, embodied storytelling.

🎭 Interested in LARP, improvised theatre, and creative expression

🤝 Tolerant and accepting of other people, cultures, and backgrounds
💪 Able to handle stress and work both independently and as part of a team
