Are you approachable, committed, and interested in both European project development and inclusive social work with vulnerable people? The Centre de Réadaptation de Mulhouse (CRM) in Alsace, France is looking for ESC volunteers to support their European project activities and contribute to inclusive educational and cultural activities for people with disabilities in a medical and social rehabilitation setting. The role covers two main areas: supporting European project coordination (including Erasmus+ communication, admin, and logistics) and leading inclusive socio-educational and cultural activities. Private studio accommodation, 3 meals per day covered, and a public transport pass provided. No deadline — apply as soon as possible.

What Will You Do?
🇪🇺Support the development and coordination of European projects — including Erasmus+ initiatives — through communication support, administrative tasks, and logistical coordination
🎨Lead and animate inclusive socio-educational and cultural activities for people with disabilities engaged in medical and social rehabilitation pathways
🤝Work directly with a vulnerable target group — people with disabilities in a care and professional training context — contributing to their social inclusion and wellbeing
📋Assist with the day-to-day running of European project activities — helping the CRM team deliver on their international commitments and partnership obligations
🌍Contribute to the centre’s mission of European openness — bringing your own international perspective and cultural background into a French rehabilitation and training context

Accommodation, Food & Travel
🏠Private individual studio accommodation — a genuinely comfortable and independent living arrangement provided by the centre

✈️Travel support provided in accordance with ESC programme rules

🇫🇷Some knowledge of French is appreciated but not mandatory — the centre welcomes volunteers who are motivated to work in a French-speaking environment even without prior fluency
🇪🇺You are interested in European project work — particularly Erasmus+ — and want to understand how these programmes are implemented from the inside
