Kindergarten Punamütsike in Võru — a municipality kindergarten with over 40 years of history — is welcoming an ESC volunteer to support teachers in daily activities with children aged 1.6 to 7. From play and creative learning to outdoor activities, special events, and excursions, you will be a genuine part of a warm, community-rooted kindergarten environment. What Will You Do?
👶Support teachers in daily activities with children aged 1.6–7 — becoming a reliable, warm, and active presence in the children’s everyday kindergarten life
🎨Help with play, creative learning, and arts activities — contributing your own ideas and interests to the daily programme
🌲Participate in outdoor activities with the children — taking full advantage of the natural environment surrounding the kindergarten in Võru County
🎉Support special events such as theme weeks, festivals, and excursions — helping create memorable experiences for the children and their families
♿Contribute to an inclusive environment — the kindergarten has long experience working with children with special needs and welcomes volunteers who share that commitment
🌍Bring your own cultural background and language into the kindergarten — the host team is particularly enthusiastic about welcoming German-speaking volunteers

Accommodation, Food & Travel
🏠Suitable accommodation conveniently located near the kindergarten — typically a shared apartment or hostel, furnished with essential items. Rooms may be private or shared depending on availability, with shared kitchen and bathroom
💰€5 per day pocket money plus a monthly food allowance — volunteers manage their own meals

📚ESC training cycle organised by the Estonian National Agency — focused on personal development and intercultural learning throughout the placement
