🇪🇬 Erasmus+ E-Learning 🧠 Better Minds Egypt 2 — Understanding Mental Health & Well-Being for Young People 🇪🇬
When did you last truly rest? When did you last say no to something that was draining you? The Better Minds Egypt 2 online training programme is a 4-day Erasmus+ e-learning activity focused on one of the most urgent topics in youth work today — mental health and well-being for young people who travel, volunteer, or work across cultures. Through role plays, teamwork, games, and personal reflection, you will explore how to set boundaries, manage stress and overthinking, build daily routines, and reconnect with what actually matters to you. Completely free, fully online, and open to participants from almost every country in the world — with only 15 spots available. Deadline: 22 April 2026. Note: a physical version of this training will also take place in Alexandria, Egypt at the same time — mention your preference in the application form.
🌍 Did You Know? Alexandria, Egypt — where the physical version of this training takes place — is one of the oldest cosmopolitan cities in the world, founded by Alexander the Great in 331 BC. It was home to the ancient Library of Alexandria, once considered the greatest repository of knowledge in human history.

What Will You Learn?

🪞Take a step back to honestly assess your situation — understand who you are, what your values are, and what genuinely matters to you
⚖️Learn how to set priorities and create healthy personal and professional boundaries — including the often-overlooked skill of saying no
🗓️Discover how to build sustainable daily routines that integrate hobbies, work, relationships, and health in a balanced and realistic way
🧘Explore relaxation techniques and strategies for managing stress effectively in intercultural and high-pressure youth work environments
🧠Understand how to manage overthinking — one of the most common mental health challenges among young people and youth workers today
🎯Identify what makes you genuinely happy, learn how to take meaningful action, and set goals that are aligned with your own values and sense of purpose
💡 Did You Know? Erasmus+ e-learning activities are among the most globally inclusive opportunities in the programme — this training is open to participants from over 150 countries worldwide, not just EU member states, making it one of the few truly global Erasmus+ formats available to young people and youth workers everywhere.
