What Will You Do as an Intern?
๐ Manage recruiting and talent acquisition, coordinate briefing meetings, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions alongside hiring managers
๐ค Ensure an excellent candidate experience and take care of onboarding and offboarding processes
๐ Create and manage employee contracts and handle contract changes
๐ Prepare, organise, and deliver employee training programmes
๐ Help organise and review employee engagement surveys and create action plans to improve engagement across all teams
๐ป Manage the internal people operations tool, ensure data accuracy, and create HR reports
๐ Support the internal development and career path progression of team members
๐ Contribute to building a positive, sustainable, and empowering workplace culture

๐ป This is a 100% remote internship โ you can work from anywhere with full flexibility to manage your time and workload
โฐ Working hours are part-time at 20 hours per week โ university-mandatory internships are preferred

Participant Profile
๐ You are a current student or recent graduate in Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, or a related field
๐ผ You have some prior experience in recruitment, HR, or an equivalent role โ startup experience is a plus
๐ฃ๏ธ You are fluent in English โ additional languages are a plus
๐ You are confident conducting interviews for diverse roles and enjoy identifying and approaching new talent
๐ก You are a self-starter, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work both autonomously and within a team
๐ You are passionate about sustainability and environmental issues and want to make a real difference
