What Will You Do as an Intern?

🔍 Manage recruiting and talent acquisition, coordinate briefing meetings, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions alongside hiring managers

🤝 Ensure an excellent candidate experience and take care of onboarding and offboarding processes

📝 Create and manage employee contracts and handle contract changes

🎓 Prepare, organise, and deliver employee training programmes

📊 Help organise and review employee engagement surveys and create action plans to improve engagement across all teams

💻 Manage the internal people operations tool, ensure data accuracy, and create HR reports

🚀 Support the internal development and career path progression of team members

🌍 Contribute to building a positive, sustainable, and empowering workplace culture

💻 This is a 100% remote internship — you can work from anywhere with full flexibility to manage your time and workload

⏰ Working hours are part-time at 20 hours per week — university-mandatory internships are preferred

🇪🇸 Internship in Spain 🧑‍🏫 German Teacher Assistant at Vocational School in La Palma 🇪🇸

✈️ Please enquire about your Erasmus+ traineeship grant at the international office of your home university to support your costs during this placement

📜 An internship and collaboration certificate will be provided upon successful completion

Training & Learning

🌱 You will learn on the job in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and culturally diverse startup environment

👥 You will develop practical skills in recruitment, talent searching, HR strategy, and people operations

📈 You will gain experience in active talent searching via LinkedIn and other social networks and stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends

💡 You will take on real responsibility from the very beginning and grow professionally in a fast-paced international team

Participant Profile

🎓 You are a current student or recent graduate in Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, or a related field

💼 You have some prior experience in recruitment, HR, or an equivalent role — startup experience is a plus

🗣️ You are fluent in English — additional languages are a plus

🔍 You are confident conducting interviews for diverse roles and enjoy identifying and approaching new talent

💡 You are a self-starter, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work both autonomously and within a team

💚 You are passionate about sustainability and environmental issues and want to make a real difference
