🌍 About the Project
Join Ängsbacka, one of Scandinavia’s most established centers for conscious living and personal growth, where community life and sustainability come together! 🌱
This ESC volunteering experience (7–10 months) invites you to live in a thriving intentional community of about 50 people in Molkom, Sweden. Volunteers contribute to daily community life, sustainability projects, and event management, while exploring personal development through mindfulness, communication, and collaboration.
The project focuses on three key pillars:
💚 Health & Wellbeing – Practise mindfulness, embodiment, and emotional intelligence.
🌿 Sustainability – Learn ecological living, regenerative systems, and waste reduction.
🎪 Event Management – Help plan and run conscious festivals, workshops, and transformational events that connect people from around the world.
It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience to deepen your ecological awareness, grow personally, and co-create a sustainable community vision! 🌍✨
🎯 Main Activities
🌱 Participate in sustainability and eco-living projects
🏡 Support daily community tasks and shared responsibilities
🎭 Assist in organizing workshops and large-scale festivals
💬 Practise community communication tools like sociocracy and NVC
🔥 Join creative team-building and reflection sessions
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Support
🏠 Shared or private rooms within the eco-community
🍽️ Vegetarian meals prepared together with the community
🔋 Access to solar-powered utilities and wood-heated spaces
💶 Pocket money and travel reimbursements per ESC guidelines

👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for 2 motivated volunteers (aged 18–30) who are:
✅ Curious about eco-living and sustainable communities
✅ Open to teamwork, reflection, and shared living
✅ Willing to learn through hands-on experience
✅ Interested in personal growth and conscious lifestyle
No prior experience needed — just openness and enthusiasm for learning by doing! 🌞
