🌿🇫🇷 Erasmus+ Training Course in France “Mycorrhiza” 🌍 Eco-Anxiety, Resilience & Collective Creation 🇫🇷

🌱 “Mycorrhiza” is a 12-day Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Cornac, France (Occitanie region), bringing together 30 youth workers to explore eco-anxiety, emotional intelligence and ecological engagement through immersive, nature-based learning.

🌍 The training invites youth workers from France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Serbia and Türkiye to understand eco-anxiety and build eco-resilience. It is designed for socio-educational facilitators and professionals who personally or professionally experience eco-anxiety or other mental health challenges.

🧠 Participants will dive into environmental education, embodiment practices, emotional agility, collective intelligence and sustainability. The experience combines cohabitation, co-creation and practical project design, culminating in a public event connecting participants’ work with the local rural community.

🌳 The methodology is based on experiential learning, outdoor education and non-formal education principles. Participants learn by doing, testing methods and reflecting collectively, fostering peer learning and interdisciplinary exchange.

🛠 By the end of the training, participants will master tools related to eco-anxiety, nature-based learning, environmental education and collective intelligence, and design socio-ecological initiatives promoting mental health, sustainability and civic engagement.

🌅 Mornings: Collective training sessions
🌿 Afternoons: Project development, peer exchange, individual consultations and technical workshops
🌙 Evenings: Optional participant-led activities

Key thematic days include ecology & mental health, embodiment in nature, collective creation, final production and a public event with the local community, followed by evaluation and learning outcomes.

🏡 Food and accommodation are provided free of charge.

🚆 Green travel is mandatory (bus, train or car-pooling only — no plane). Up to 6 days of travel are allowed.

🇩🇪 Germany, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇵🇹 Portugal, 🇷🇸 Serbia: 417€
🇬🇷 Greece, 🇹🇷 Türkiye: 535€

Reimbursement is provided under Erasmus+ rules upon presentation of required documents.
