๐ About the Training
The STAR OF EUROPE โ Learn How to Make REAL Youth Exchange! training course is designed to help youth workers understand how to create meaningful Erasmus+ Youth Exchange projects with real youth participation.
Instead of designing projects only from an organisational perspective, this training focuses on supporting young people to actively design, implement and evaluate their own projects.
Participants will follow a step-by-step journey through the entire Youth Exchange lifecycle, exploring how to create projects that are participatory, impactful and built on equal partnerships.

Participants will also explore the Star of Europe digital platform, which provides materials and videos explaining the full Youth Exchange process.
