📈🇧🇬 Erasmus+ Training Course in Bulgaria “Level Up: Raising Quality in Youth Projects” 🚀 Master Quality & Accreditation 🇧🇬

🌍 “Level Up: Raising Quality in Youth Projects” is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Bankya (near Sofia), Bulgaria, focused on strengthening quality standards and best practices in Erasmus+ youth projects.

📊 The training supports organisations and youth professionals in improving both the application and implementation phases of Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects, with a strong focus on quality management and accreditation standards under the 2021–2027 programme.

🏨 The course will be held in Bankya, Bulgaria, from 26 March (arrival) to 2 April 2026 (departure). During six working days, participants will engage in four 90-minute sessions per day, using non-formal education and experiential learning methods.

🧠 Participants will explore quality standards, evaluation frameworks, project management techniques, accreditation criteria and sustainable quality practices that can be integrated into daily youth work.

👥 Participant Profile

Recommended for youth workers, youth leaders and youth project managers, as well as NGO staff, board members and volunteers experienced in Erasmus+ youth projects.

🗣 Able to communicate in English
🎂 Minimum 18 years old

🏨 Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks are provided by the organisers.
🛡 Insurance will be provided; participants are encouraged to bring a European Health Card.
🎓 Youthpass will be issued upon successful completion.

✈️ Travel reimbursement according to Erasmus+ distance calculator rules, after the training and upon submission of original travel documents:
🌍 10–99 km: 28 EUR
🌍 100–499 km: up to 211 EUR // green travel up to 285 EUR
🌍 500–1999 km: up to 309 EUR // green travel up to 417 EUR
🌍 2000–2999 km: up to 395 EUR // green travel up to 535 EUR
🌍 3000–3999 km: up to 580 EUR // green travel up to 785 EUR
