About the Training Course
Innovation Jam – Tools and Spaces to Innovate in Youth Work is a 5-day Erasmus+ Training Course designed for active youth workers who want to strengthen their capacity to ignite innovation within their organisations, local communities, and youth initiatives.
Innovation processes have long been studied and applied in many professional fields. This training brings those approaches into youth work, empowering participants to facilitate participatory innovation processes, respond creatively to challenges, and co-create meaningful solutions together with young people.
