About the Seminar
Mentoring under Construction โ€“ International Community Event on Mentoring within the European Solidarity Corps is the annual international seminar and networking event dedicated to strengthening the quality of mentoring within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC).

This community-driven seminar brings together mentors, project coordinators, trainers, youth project managers, and mentoring practitioners who are passionate about shaping supportive, inclusive, and reinforced mentorship environments for ESC volunteers.

The seminar is powered by the European Solidarity Corps Resource Centre (SALTO) in partnership with the Irish and Romanian National Agencies, and organised by OeAD-GmbH โ€“ Austriaโ€™s Agency for Education and Internationalisation.
