🌍 Project Overview
Ecosystem of Sensations is a research-based Erasmus+ Youth Exchange bringing together young people from Slovenia 🇸🇮 Spain 🇪🇸 Germany 🇩🇪 Romania 🇷🇴 to explore perception, embodied awareness, and our relationship with ourselves, others, and the natural environment.
This project is not about learning ecology as a theory. It is about experiencing ecological thinking through the body, sensation, and relationship, opening a poetic and experiential space of shared research and practice.

🎯 Main Focus
Extended sensorial awareness and perception
Embodied experience beyond habitual, logical, or socially conditioned ways of knowing
Somatic practices, movement and dance exploration, time in nature, ecopsychology, artistic research, and group processes

🌀 Learning Approach
This Youth Exchange is shaped as a shared field of research, not a fixed programme.
Participants are actively involved in shaping the process through questions, explorations, shared practices, and group reflection.
Research is experiential and embodied, focusing on:
👁️ Noticing what becomes possible when we slow down and pay attention
🌱 Staying close to sensation, perception, and lived experience
🤝 Exploring how individual and collective processes shift through shared inquiry

👥 Who Can Apply
🌿 Young people aged 18–30 (participants must be 17+)
🌿 Curious about sensorial experience, perception, ecology, and embodied exploration
🌿 Open to slowing down, listening, experimenting, and engaging deeply
🌿 Communicative level of English
🌿 Willing to take responsibility and co-create the process
🌿 No prior facilitation experience required

Each country will be accompanied by one group leader (may be over 30).

💶 Travel Reimbursement
This project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.
Travel costs are reimbursed up to the following maximum amounts:
🇸🇮 Slovenia: 28 EUR (56 EUR for Green Travel)
🇪🇸 Spain, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇮🇹 Italy: 309 EUR (417 EUR for Green Travel)
