Project Description
PLAY for Inclusion is an Erasmus+ Training Course focused on using outdoor games, physical activities, and sport-based methods as tools for empowerment, inclusion, and social cohesion. The project brings together youth workers from diverse backgrounds, including those working with young people with fewer opportunities, migrants, and people with disabilities.
Through experiential learning, outdoor activities, role plays, and reflection, participants will explore how sport and play can foster leadership, cooperation, empathy, mental well-being, and community engagement. The training strongly emphasizes non-formal education, inclusion, sustainability, and Youthpass competence development, ensuring that all methods can be transferred into daily youth work practice.
