🌍 Project Overview
This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering opportunity takes place in public Primary Schools and Kindergartens on the Greek island of Chios, in Vrontados. Volunteers actively contribute to educational, cultural, environmental, sports, and new technologies activities, working directly with children and educators in a real school environment. The project strongly follows a “learn by doing” approach and encourages volunteers to develop both institutional and personal initiatives.

🏫 Supporting daily activities in public Primary Schools and Kindergartens

🏠 Shared apartment in a village on Chios Island within walking distance of schools, shops, pharmacy, and beach

🧹 Volunteers are responsible for keeping living and working spaces clean and organised
🍳 Cooking is organised jointly by volunteers through a weekly schedule
🛒 Food is provided by the hosting organisation based on a weekly shopping list prepared by volunteers
