This European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Leipzig, Germany, within a workshop environment supporting people with intellectual disabilities. The project focuses on inclusion, dignity at work, social participation, and everyday support, offering volunteers direct, hands-on experience in inclusive employment and social work practices.
Volunteers will contribute to daily work routines while supporting individuals with disabilities in a respectful, structured, and empowering environment.

🤝 Supporting people with disabilities in daily work and employment routines
📦 Participating in light packaging and manual work activities

🏠 Single room in a shared apartment with other ESC volunteers in Leipzig
