Are you interested in discovering how art and creativity can build more sustainable and inclusive rural communities while living an intercultural experience in Tuscany? This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering opportunity with Creative Art Farm (CAFI) offers a long-term, hands-on experience combining art, sustainability, rural life, and European values in Montepulciano, Italy.

๐ŸŽจ Main Activities
๐Ÿก Logistics and space care including preparing and cleaning indoor and outdoor areas, organising shared spaces, light repairs, and creative upcycling
๐Ÿ–Œ Creative and cultural support through workshops, language exchanges, open studios, innovative exhibitions using digital technologies, community gatherings, and local events
๐Ÿ“ฑ Communication and digital tasks such as storytelling, short interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and website or social media support
๐ŸŒฑ Sustainability in practice including waste reduction, reuse of materials, eco-friendly routines, and nature-connected creative activities
๐Ÿ… Rural daily life with seasonal routines such as collecting firewood, caring for a vegetable garden, harvesting produce, and shared meals
๐Ÿฝ Culinary experiences focused on Mediterranean cooking with vegetables and legumes and reduced meat consumption
๐Ÿง  Non-formal education moments using art and creativity to reflect on sustainability, inclusion, interculturality, and social equality

โฐ Working Hours
๐Ÿ•’ 30โ€“38 hours per week for project tasks
๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Weekly meetings with the activity coordinator and mentor
๐Ÿ˜ Additional 7 hours per week dedicated to shared community responsibilities such as cooking and cleaning
๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น Optional Italian language course (2 hours per week)
