๐ŸŒฑ Project Overview
This European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Gdynia, Poland ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ and focuses on inclusive education, social integration, and creative learning. Volunteers support an alternative primary school environment where education is seen as a tool for social change, inclusion, and personal development, especially for children with special needs.

๐ŸŽฏ Volunteering Activities
Volunteers will work in small, supportive teams and be involved in:
๐ŸŽฒ Creating integration and energising games for children
๐ŸŽจ Organising creative workshops and educational activities
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ Supporting teachers during classes
๐Ÿค Working with children with special needs (e.g. autism, visual impairment, health-related challenges)
๐ŸŒ Teaching languages and intercultural activities
๐ŸŽ—๏ธ Supporting charity events and community initiatives
All tasks are adapted to volunteersโ€™ skills, interests, and creativity.

๐Ÿ  Volunteers live in shared flats across different districts of Gdynia
๐ŸŒ Part of a large international ESC community of around 35 volunteers
๐Ÿค Supported by local mentors and integrated into neighbourhood centres, libraries, NGOs, and youth spaces
๐Ÿš Local transport and daily life organised within the volunteer community

๐Ÿง  Daily learning through non-formal and inclusive education practice
