🌍 Opportunity Overview
Organic Farming – From Field to Plate 2026/27 is a long-term European Solidarity Corps (ESC) individual volunteering project hosted by Biohof Blumenthal eG in Aichach, Germany 🇩🇪.
This project offers a hands-on experience in ecological farming, sustainable food production, and community living, where volunteers take part in every step of the process — from growing vegetables to caring for animals and producing food.

Blumenthal is not just a farm, but a living community, combining agriculture, sustainability, culture, and shared values.

🌾 What Will You Do?
🥕 Grow and harvest 30+ varieties of vegetables
🐐 Care for and milk 60 dairy goats
🧀 Produce cheese and processed farm products
🛒 Support a plastic-free organic farm shop
🍽️ Help prepare meals using farm products for the community
💡 Develop your own ideas and projects (e.g. goat enrichment, new cheese types)

After an introduction to all areas, you can choose your main focus according to your interests.

🏠 Private room in a shared volunteer apartment

🌿 Access to garden, park, common areas

✔️ Willingness to work 30 hours per week and learn/improve German
