This ESC opportunity places volunteers at the heart of the Poverty to Power programme, supporting children facing social exclusionpovertyforced marriageviolenceabuse, and educational deprivation.
Your contribution will directly empower some of the most vulnerable children in Serbia. ๐Ÿ’›

As an Education Assistant, you will:
๐ŸŽจ Facilitate creative, non-formal education workshops (arts, crafts, drawing, puppetry, languages)
๐Ÿ“˜ Provide one-on-one learning support & homework help
๐Ÿค Build caring, positive relationships with children
๐Ÿงฉ Collaborate with other volunteers & staff to develop engaging activities
๐Ÿ“Š Monitor progress and help adjust the educational programme
๐Ÿ›๏ธ Cooperate with key institutions including the Center for Social Care and Center for Migrants
๐ŸŒ Support Roma children, children in shelters, and refugee children

Accommodation, Food & Transport

๐Ÿก Private room in a large shared apartment
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Monthly allowance: 470 EUR (meals, communication, local transport)
๐ŸšŒ Public bus transport provided; EHO cars available when required
