This powerful Erasmus+ Training Course brings together youth workers from across Europe ๐ง๐ช ๐ง๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฟ ๐ฌ๐ท ๐ช๐ธ ๐ซ๐ท ๐ฑ๐น ๐ฑ๐บ ๐ญ๐บ ๐ต๐น ๐ท๐ด ๐ธ๐ฎ ๐ฉ๐ฐ ๐ฉ๐ช ๐ช๐ช ๐ฎ๐ช ๐ญ๐ท ๐ฎ๐น ๐จ๐พ ๐ฑ๐ป ๐ฒ๐น ๐ณ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐น ๐ต๐ฑ ๐ธ๐ฐ ๐ซ๐ฎ ๐ธ๐ช ๐ฒ๐ฐ ๐ท๐ธ ๐ฎ๐ธ ๐ณ๐ด ๐น๐ท for an immersive experience combining movement, martial-arts-inspired practices, emotional regulation, communication skills, and deep personal awareness. Hosted in the peaceful village ofย Trzciลsko, Poland ๐ต๐ฑ, the training focuses on strengthening youth workersโ self-awareness, emotional balance, group management abilities, and mind-body connection through movement, meditation, philosophy, and practical physical exercises. Set in nature near the Karkonosze Mountains, the programme offers a unique environment ideal for personal growth, grounding and self-development.

Participants will stay in shared rooms (4โ5 beds per room) in Dom Sokolik, located in a stunning natural area near the Karkonosze Mountains and Rudawy Landscape Park.
