🌍 About the Project

MJC Le Rond-Point is a non-formal education centre promoting access to culture for everyone. The association’s name reflects its mission — a crossing point for artistic expressions including music, dance, media, sport, and well-being.

As an ESC volunteer, you’ll take part in a wide variety of projects combining creativity, social engagement, and youth participation. You’ll collaborate on local and international initiatives that bring together generations through art, dialogue, and media.

🎨 Volunteer Tasks

🎙️ Develop and contribute to web radio and web TV projects, producing creative content.
📢 Promote European citizenship and cultural openness in the community.
🎭 Help organise cultural and educational events, such as workshops, festivals, or youth gatherings.
🌍 Support the organisation of an international summer camp with twin associations.
💡 Design and lead your own personal project aligned with creativity and social impact.

This project is all about freedom to create, learn, and share your voice while building strong community connections.

🏡 Accommodation, Meals & Allowances

🏠 You’ll live in an apartment for up to three volunteers, each with a private bedroom and shared kitchen/living area.
🍽️ The organisation provides:

• €7/day for food
• €8/day pocket money
  🚲 A bicycle is provided for local transport — and if you have a driver’s licence, you can use the association’s carfor project-related missions.

🧭 Learning & Training Opportunities

🎓 You’ll participate in two ESC seminars (On-Arrival & Mid-Term) in France.
🗣️ Take weekly French lessons (1 hour minimum) and improve your communication skills.
🎧 Learn new media tools — radio production, video editing, and social media storytelling.
🧘 Join activities such as yoga, pilates, or language workshops (French, English, Spanish).
💬 Engage in civic education and intercultural dialogue sessions.
