π About the Project
Everyone Counts is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange designed to help young people discover the power of communication and self-expression β while learning to listen, understand, and connect across cultures.
Words have power: the power to connect, to heal, and to build bridges. π
Through this exchange, participants will explore how open dialogue, empathy, and collaboration can create inclusive and supportive communities.
π£οΈ Youβll step outside your comfort zone, strengthen your voice, and learn to appreciate the richness of diversity.
π‘ The exchange combines fun, friendship, and meaningful learning in a safe and creative environment.
By the end, youβll gain not just communication skills, but also confidence, understanding, and new lifelong friendships. β€οΈ
π― Objectives

Foster inclusion and diversity through communication and teamwork

π¨ Activities & Learning Methods
All sessions are based on non-formal education, meaning youβll learn by doing, playing, and reflecting β not by sitting in lectures!

π₯ Reflection circles and feedback sessions
Youβll also experience authentic intercultural exchange, taste traditional foods from different countries, and celebrate diversity together.
π₯ Participant Profile
Open to youth aged 16β22 from: ππΊ π±πΉ π΅πΉ πΈπ° π¨πΏ π·πΈ π·π΄
Ideal participants are:
- Curious and motivated to explore inclusion and diversity
- Open-minded and respectful of othersβ perspectives
- Willing to share their voice and learn through teamwork
- Ready to participate in all sessions and activities
- Interested in promoting the project outcomes after the exchange
π‘ Venue & Accommodation
The exchange will take place in BodrogkeresztΓΊr, in the beautiful Tokaj region of Hungary. ππΊ
Participants will stay at Betlehem EvangΓ©likus PihenΕhΓ‘z, in shared rooms of 4β6 people (mixed nationality, separated by gender).
π½οΈ Three meals per day (plus coffee breaks) are included.
π₯¦ Dietary preferences will be respected when communicated in advance.
βοΈ Travel & Practical Details
- βοΈ Travel costs are covered according to Erasmus+ distance limits.
- π Group transfers from Budapest to BodrogkeresztΓΊr will be arranged.
- π° There isΒ no participation fee, but a refundableΒ β¬50 depositΒ confirms participation.
- π₯ Participants must bring theirΒ European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
Meeting points will be arranged in each country β e.g. Lisbon, Vilnius, Bratislava, Prague, Belgrade, Bucharest β with coordinated group travel to the venue.
