🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?):
Participants must be 18+ youth workers, trainers, educators, or individuals involved in mental health support or non-formal education. Must reside in one of the partner countries and be able to communicate in English.
🧪 Responsibilities / tasks:
✔️ Engage in mindfulness, embodiment, and ACT-based practices
✔️ Join meditation, movement, and creative art-therapy sessions
✔️ Participate in experiential self-development activities
✔️ Embrace community life in a natural outdoor setting
✔️ Contribute to dissemination and visibility after the project
