🎯 Eligibility Criteria (Who can apply?):
Open to youth workers, educators, mentors, trainers, and youth leaders aged 18+ from eligible European countries who do not require a visa to enter Portugal. Participants must be committed to attending all sessions, engaging in intercultural learning, and conducting follow-up activities in their local context.

🧪 Responsibilities / Tasks:
Participants will engage in experiential learning and workshops on:

• Empathy and building emotional connections
• Motivation and resilience
• Communication and conflict resolution
• Creating emotionally engaging learning environments

✔️ Travel costs reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands (Green Travel encouraged)
