🌱 About the Project: Embark on a 59-day journey in Craiova, Romania, with 20 enthusiastic volunteers (including 5 with fewer opportunities). The goal is to foster ecological awareness and responsible environmental action. Engage in ecological workshops, awareness campaigns, and green initiatives in and around the city.
🏡 Accommodation, Food, and Transport:
- Stay in dormitory-style rooms (shared bathroom and kitchen).
- Room sharing with same-gender volunteers (2-4 in a room).
- Food allowance: 180 euros/month.
- Pocket money: 4 euros/day.
- Free monthly public transportation pass.
- Registration with a family doctor and health care support.
🎓 Training:
- Arrival training
- Teambuilding activities
- Safety in work and fire prevention training
- Ecology training
👤 Participant Profile:
- Aged 18–30.
- Priority for first-time ESC applicants.
- Fluent at a medium level in English.
- Motivated and actively involved in the selection process.
- Willing to assume project tasks and rules, with continued involvement post-project.
- Europass CV and tailored motivation letter.
- Previous local or international volunteering experience is a plus.
