🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Open to current students or recent graduates from the 33 Erasmus+ Programme Countries or Horizon 2020 Associated Countries.
Applicants must:
– Be eligible to receive an Erasmus+ grant via their home university
– Have a background in marketing, business, or digital communication
– Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
– Be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools
– Be fluent in English
Knowledge of ESN and experience with Mailchimp, Excel/Sheets dashboards, and content creation is a plus.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks
– Analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth)
– Monitor ESNcard and event participation stats
– Use digital tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads)
– Write blog posts and optimize SEO
– Build email newsletters and LinkedIn content
– Research marketing trends and competitors
– Create monthly reports and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets
